Mr. Wang Guorong,
Managing Director, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee

Mr. Wang Guorong was born in December 1962, with his ancestral hometown in Jilin Province. He is a senior chief engineer of vessel and senior engineer, and holds the Bachelor’s Degree of Dalian Maritime University in Engineering Management and Master’s Degree in Business Administration of Nankai University for senior managers.

He once assumed posts such as assistant engineer, 3rd engineer, 2nd engineer, 1st engineer and chief engineer of COSCO Tianjin, section head of the Comprehensive Section of the Certificate and Training Department and director of the Development Department of International Labor Service Co., Ltd. of COSCO Tianjin , deputy managing director and managing director of International Labor Service Co., Ltd. of COSCO Tianjin , and general manager of COSCO Bulk Carrier, Deputy Managing Director of COSCO Bulk Carrier Co., Ltd.,and is now the Managing Director, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of COSCO Bulk Carrier Co., Ltd.

Mr. Wang Guorong also acts as a visiting professor of Dalian Maritime University, Standing Councilor of Tianjin Navigation Society, Member of the Ship Classification Committee of China Classification Society, Member of the Technical Committee of Nippon Kaiji Kyoka and Lloyd's Register of Shipping.

Mr. Lu Zuohan,
Secretary of the Party Committee, Executive Deputy Managing Director

Mr. Lu Zuohan was born in November 1962, with his ancestral hometown in Zhejiang Province. He achieved his Master’s Degree from Tianjin University in Management Science & Engineering . He was entitled a senior engineer.

Mr. Lu Zuohan used to be the manager of executive office, deputy Managing Director, Managing Director in COSCO Tianjin International Manning Cooperation Company as well as deputy Managing Director of COSCO Bulk Carrier Co., Ltd. And he is now the

Secretary of the Party Committee, Executive Deputy Managing Director of COSCO Bulk Carrier Co., Ltd. Mr. Lu Zuohan also acts as the Director of Tianjin Management Association, Councilor of Tianjin Young Entrepreneurs' Association and Vice-President of Tianjin Traffic and Transportation Association.

Mr. Yu Zhimin, Deputy General Manager of COSCO Bulk Carrier Co., Ltd

Mr. Yu Zhimin was born in November 1958 in Hebei Province. Yu is a senior engineer and holds a bachelor’s degree majored in navigation of Dalian Maritime Institute and a master’s degree majored in traffic and transportation planning and management of Dalian Maritime University.

Yu Zhimin once worked as assistant officer, third officer, second officer, chief officer and captain of Tianjin Ocean Shipping Company, deputy director of Maritime Office of COSCO Bulk, head of the Maritime Supervision Division of the Management Department of COSCO Bulk, student of 3rd Operation and Management Training Class of COSCO Group, head of the Maritime Supervision Division of Shipping Department, general manager of Maritime Supervision Office, director of the Distribution Office of the Maritime Supervision Office of COSCO Bulk, general manager of Safety Supervision Department and director of the Armament and Equipment Department/Security Department of COSCO Bulk. Yu now is the deputy general manager of COSCO Bulk.

Mr. Tang Runjiang, Chief Accountant

Mr. Tang Runjiang was born in November 1968, with his ancestral hometown in Shandong Province. He graduated from the Central Finance Institute and majored in Industrial Accounting as an assistant accountant.

Mr. Tang Runjiang once held the posts such as section head of the Capital Section of Capital Division under the Finance and Accounting Department of COSCO Group headquarters, division head of the Capital Management Division of the Finance and Banking Department of COSCO Group headquarters, deputy Managing Director of the Finance Department of COSCO Group headquarters and deputy chief accountant of COSCO Bulk Carrier. Currently, he is the chief accountant of COSCO Bulk Carrier Co., Ltd.

Mr. Tang Runjiang also acts as Director of COSCO Finance.
