Established on October 1, 1995, Cosco Tianjin International Manning Cooperation is a subsidiary company of COSCO BULK Carrier Co., Ltd. engaged in crew manning operation.

In July 1997, we achieved the ISO-9002 quality standard issued by LRQA (Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance). And the company operates according to ISM (International Safety Management) Code and ISO-9002 Standard.

Now our company owns more than 8,000 seafarers who have received the special ratified certificates. And about 5,000 seafarers have been well-trained in Dalian Maritime university, Shanghai Maritime College, Qingdao Ocean Shipping College, Wuhan Transportation University, and can work on board in all kind of vessels, such as container vessels, bulk carriers, tankers, passenger ships, general cargo ships all around the world. Now about 5,000 experienced seafarers are working in more than 230 ocean vessels for about 40 shipowners home and aboard.
